tactic hit a six recently by winning the pitch to work with SBS on their campaign for The Ashes. SBS tendered this significant project and selected tactic to bring a nostalgic, powerful and emotional campaign to life.

Their ideas were bang on brief and better yet they promised us they'd be able to deliver what they pitched on time and on budget. Despite some significant hurdles and changes to the brief along the way, they didn't disappoint. We think it's a great campaign."
SBS will be covering the whole test series and they were seeking a treatment that highlighted the stature of this event for both Australians and English. We proposed working with the scoreboard device which could carry through to the rest of their on-air elements and help create a cohesive and visually strong campaign.

SBS wanted the audience to see historical footage of past matches so we seamlessly weaved this imagery into the scoreboard environment to help create a stunning cinematic backdrop. The emotive music track fits like a glove and was composed by our sister company, Plasma Sonic.
